1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Jevgenij Jodeliuk, a natural person carrying out independent economic activity registered in the Republic of Lithuania, with correspondence address legaldiligence@pm.me

In this notice, "I", "me" and "Klodt." refer to the person named above. "You" means any visitor to this website.

For anything in this notice, contact me at legaldiligence@pm.me

I am the data controller for the limited personal data processed through this website, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or "GDPR").

2. What this website does, and does not, do

This website is a brochure site. It does not run analytics, advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing cookies. It does not host a contact form, newsletter signup, account login, comments section, or any other interactive feature that collects information from you. No third-party scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, embedded video, chat widgets) are loaded.

Because the site does not place any cookies that require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, no cookie banner is shown.

3. What data is processed when you visit

When you load a page, my hosting provider automatically records minimal technical data needed to deliver the page to your browser and to keep the server secure:

  • your IP address,
  • the date and time of your visit,
  • the pages you requested,
  • your browser type and operating system,
  • the referring URL, if any.

This is standard server-log data. I do not use it to identify you, I do not combine it with any other dataset, and I do not pass it to any third party for marketing or profiling.

If you choose to email me using an address shown on this site, your email — including your name, email address, and whatever you write — reaches me by ordinary email and is processed solely so that I can reply.

  • Public authorities, courts and regulators, where I am legally required to disclose data.
